Giveaways

From time to time Journey Evolution may offer Giveaways, contests or other promotional activities (collectively, “Giveaway” or “Giveaways”). Please note that the Giveaways offered via Journey Evolution may be, and often are, governed by a separate set of rules that, in addition to describing such Giveaways, may have eligibility requirements, such as certain age or geographic area restrictions, terms and conditions governing the use of material you submit, and supplemental disclosures about how your personal information may be used. It is your responsibility to read such rules to determine whether or not you want to and are eligible to participate, register and/or enter in such promotional activities. Your participation in Journey Evolution’s giveaways shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein. The following are the Terms and Conditions of the Giveaways, which is sponsored by the Owner of the website.

(a) Only persons over the age of eighteen (18) are eligible for entry to the Giveaways. You may be asked, at any stage, to provide Journey Evolution or a third party with proof of age and /or identity.
(b) The Giveaway shall take place on the date specified on the Giveaways page at www.journeyevolution.com or as communicated to the users/participants via email communications or the official Facebook page of the website. Winners will be randomly drawn individuals who enter/participate or register during the period stipulated to participate in such Giveaway.
(c) Each participant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the Giveaways. In the event Journey Evolution finds a participants to have made multiple applications to participate or act in bad faith with respect to the Giveaways, such participant shall be excluded from the Giveaways and consequently be ineligible to win the giveaway prize, as defined below.
(d) The Promotional Prize for winning the Giveaway includes gift cards or books or materials relating to self-nurturing or self-educational coaching services. Prize value is listed on each individual giveaway.
(e) Winners will be publicly announced either on the site or the official Facebook page and be notified of winning via E-mail within seven days of the Giveaway. The winner shall receive the Promotional Prize within fifteen days of Journey Evolution’s receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
(f) No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
(g) Notwithstanding anything above stated, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Giveaway Prize winner fails to respond, within five days, to the E-mail notification of his/her winning, such winning participant shall be deemed to have forfeited his / her claim to the prize and Journey Evolution shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning participant in any way.
(h) Journey Evolution ‘s decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding the Giveaways and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any participant or by any third party.
(i) The Giveaways are neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money’s worth.
(j) Journey Evolution reserves the right to disclose winner’s name and identity.
(k) By entering the Giveaway each participant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Giveaways and the awarding of the Prize.
(l) By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Journey Evolution, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection the Giveaways or the acceptance of the Prize.
(m) The winning participant shall be solely responsible for any taxes or charges levied in relation to the delivery or receipt of the Giveaway Prize.
(n) Journey Evolution reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion. Further, Journey Evolution reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if, in its sole judgment, the Giveaway could not be conducted as specified.
(o) These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts of the United States.
